🇫🇷 VERSION FRANÇAISE Société non fiable – Expérience catastrophique avec Spray System et entités affiliées Nous avons eu affaire à cette société ainsi qu'à la myriade de structures gravitant autour de Spray System, et l'expérience s'est révélée particulièrement problématique. Principaux points de mécontentement : Matériel confisqué lors d'un SAV et jamais restitué, pour un préjudice estimé à 4 000 € — et ce malgré les promesses réitérées de leurs dirigeants, M. Maria et M. Tognetti. Produits livrés défectueux, notamment un polyurea non conforme aux spécifications attendues. Service après-vente inexistant et totalement défaillant. Qualité globale des produits très en deçà des standards attendus pour ce type de matériel professionnel. À noter que la société a été placée en redressement judiciaire. Dans ce cadre, nous avons pu obtenir, via l'administrateur judiciaire, une compensation sur une facture due — ce qui en dit long sur la fiabilité financière et opérationnelle de la structure. Conclusion : société que je juge absolument non sérieuse, tant sur le plan commercial que technique. Je déconseille fortement tout engagement, contractuel ou financier, avec cette entreprise et ses entités associées. De nombreuses alternatives, bien plus fiables, existent sur le marché. 🇬🇧 ENGLISH VERSION Unreliable company – A disastrous experience with Spray System and its affiliated entities We dealt with this company as well as the wider network of structures revolving around Spray System, and the experience proved highly problematic. Main issues encountered: Equipment confiscated during an after-sales service procedure and never returned, resulting in an estimated loss of €4,000 — despite repeated promises from their managers, Mr. Maria and Mr. Tognetti. Defective products delivered, including a polyurea that did not meet the required specifications. Non-existent and utterly unreliable after-sales service. Overall product quality falling well short of the standards expected for this type of professional equipment. It is worth noting that the company was placed into court-supervised recovery proceedings (redressement judiciaire). In this context, we were able to obtain — via the court-appointed administrator — a compensation offset against an outstanding invoice, which speaks volumes about the company's financial and operational reliability. Conclusion: a company I consider to be wholly unserious, both commercially and technically. I strongly advise against any commercial or financial engagement with this business and its affiliated entities. Many far more reliable alternatives are available on the market.
